I n the summer of 1992 Rachel Carey-Harper and Wampanoag Clan Mother,  Mother Bear who had developing a friendship from their work with Cape Codders Against Racism spoke together about their sense of impending radical shift. They decided to start a women’s multi-cultural spiritual group called Sisters of the Light.
